Recently I was coming out of a yoga class and I had that dreaded thought come into my head, "I shouldn't have done that." We've all been there. I'm are feeling good, feeling strong and I look over to the person next to me and automatically I think.....I can do that. Perhaps I can do that. Perhaps I have done that many times in the past. However, just because I can do that doesn't necessary mean it is a good idea.
Here is a video I just shot to explain more about how imperative it is to modify your practice in life. It is important to understand why we are engaging in an activity and how to make sure we get the most out of it.

After two adjustments, I was able to turn my head again!
The pain stopped and I felt amazing.
