After 17 Years in practice it is clear that the large majority of pain and symptoms that occur in our practice members is self induced. For the most part it is our lifestyles that cause stress and our Subluxation Patterns. Neck pain is a prime example. Sitting is the new smoking. Get up and move around throughout the day. In our office we talk about a three legged stool to achieve the results our patients are looking for.
Here is a video demonstrating a three minute series of exercises that can help you stretch and strengthen to avoid neck pain. It alters your behavior while sitting and strengthens and stabilizes.
