Neck Pain and Forward Head posture is rampant in our society. With the rise in technology we are continually spending more and more time sitting and leaning forward into our devices.  As a result our posture is adapting in a negative and unhealthy nature.  Check out this video describing the benefits of using a variable work station to reduce neck pain while at work.

Thanks for sharing, Dr. Seth. Could not agree more with you. Every 30 minutes, bottom of the hour and top of the hour, I am getting up. Makes a big difference. Also, I mix it up between sitting and standing desk. We were not "designed" to sit for 8 hours straight. Hans

After two adjustments, I was able to turn my head again!
