What a blessing to practice in Southern Marin. Most of my patients are extremely health conscious. They focus on eating healthy and exercise is usually a big priority. They follow my recommendations and get adjusted regularly for proper spinal hygiene. However, I see a pattern among our practice members of not getting enough rest. Sleep is such a vital and overlooked component of health.
