Sleep is one of the most overlooked aspects of health. So many vital processes occur when we are asleep: healing, recovering from the effects of stress, resetting our metabolism and many others.
In today's society we tend to view sleep as a luxury. The fact is that if we want to experience any level of health, we absolutely must get the required amount of quality sleep.
